WATCH HERE Ever feel frustrated at your own limitations and helplessness trying to do something or helping a loved one. Only wishing the world for them... but at what cost, at the cost of your own?

At some point you will realise that there’s only so much you can you, you are not in control. They have the final say, they can choose whether they want your help/advice or not... even if you insist that it is “for their sake” or “for your good”.

You cannot be a superhero to everyone. You have to one day learn to accept that you are not always in control
